WHAT PERSONAL DATA IS COLLECTED AND WHY IS IT DONE?

For some functionalities of this web portal, such as placing orders or sending inquiry forms, we need to store, depending on the case, your email, your telephone number and your name, in order to send you the requested products or respond to your inquiries.

HOW LONG IS YOUR DATA STORED

In the case of sending a query through the web form, your data will be kept for a maximum of 72 hours to be able to resend the message in case there is a problem with the first sending.

If you place an order, the data related to your order will be kept for the time necessary to manage it. Additionally, your personal data will be incorporated into the mailing list, and just as if you subscribe to it, your data will be kept as long as you do not request removal from the list. Once you have requested to be unsubscribed from the mailing list, no more messages will be sent to you and you will be unsubscribed immediately.

This website is created with the Bluekea platform (www.bluekea.com). The hosting that Bluekea has selected for the personal data that you enter in your orders is provided by Amazon Web Services, INC (AWS). This company is located in the United States and is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield. Decision (EU) 2016/1250 of the Commission, of July 12, 2016, and therefore complies with the appropriate levels of data protection. The international transfer is for the sole purpose of the proper functioning of the services provided by Bluekea. By submitting your data, you agree to their transfer to AWS.

Likewise, to guarantee the correct sending of contact forms, the data sent in it uses the services of Mailgun Technologies, Inc. This company is located in the United States and is certified within the framework of the EU-US Privacy Shield. Decision (EU) 2016/1250 of the Commission, of July 12, 2016, and therefore complies with the appropriate levels of data protection.

The data will be kept on the Mailgun servers for a maximum of 72 hours to be able to resend the message in case there is a problem with the first sending. These servers are located in the European Union, and therefore your message will not be stored outside the EU territory.

Additionally, other providers are used to manage payments if you place an order for ebooks or photographs that may be for sale.

The order payment process is managed by the companies PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. & Cie, S.C.A. (“PayPal Europe”) or your bank if you use Bizum as a payment method. All the personal or banking data involved in the payment through these payment method providers are managed by said companies and at no time do I have access to them.

In the case of PayPal, all payment details are entered on the PayPal website and you can manage them from your PayPal control panel.

We use these companies solely for data storage. Your data is not used or managed by them in any case.
